Day 1 — Revival Gallery
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

- There are people who think the problems in their lives are because of their complexion or clothes, but it is because of the engine called the heart.
- The form of godliness refers to the outward appearance of being religious, righteous, or doing things that are holy or moral.
- We live in a world where we go to church and appear to be church people, but are not truly people of God.
Characteristics of the Form of Godliness
- Ritualistic without the Relationship with God. Such people know what to say, how to speak, preach and read the word of God, dress and present themselves in the community, but their hearts are far away from Jesus (Isaiah 29:13).
- Outward Religion without Inward Transformation. Such people appear to be outwardly upright but have no transformation within them (Matthew 23:27-28). The decision to go to hell or heaven is made by you through how you live your life.
- Knowledge without Obedience. Such people do not obey the knowledge they receive from the Bible; they continue in the same sins (fornication, alcoholism, etc.) that the knowledge prohibits. We must not only hear but also do what the word of God says (James 1:22).
- Moral Compromise. Such people continue with immorality, claiming that the grace of God will always save them. We must rebuke sin when we are saved and decide to follow Jesus (Titus 1:16). People with moral compromise live double lives.
- Selective Obedience. These people obey only what suits them, not the whole counsel of God (Matthew 7:21).
- We must not deny the true spiritual power of transformation in God.
- Prof. E. H. Guti writes in I Press Towards the Goal of the Upward Calling (page 47): “I was a sinner struggling with lust, but Jesus saved me.”
- We need Jesus to save us from our sins (John 1:29).

- We must be reminded of the great love that God showed us.
- As born-again Christians, we are not ordinary people, and we must not play with our salvation and deliverance.
- The coming of Jesus Christ marked a new dispensation where man can go to God through Jesus Christ.
- When man creates ways and patterns to reach God, it is religion; but when it comes to Christianity, God Himself looked down at us and poured out His love.
- We are a product of the love of God. Preachers are vessels used by God to pour out His love to us.
- When God loved us in our sinful nature, He gave us His love through His only begotten Son.
- Do not play with or abuse your life, because you are a product of the love of God.
- God loved us and Jesus came for us. It is not time to pity yourself, because Jesus can save and change your life.
- When you die living in sin, you are separated from God for eternity. Whosoever is saved is ready for eternal life.

- The soul of a man is the communication centre. Whatever enters the soul, it feeds to the body. When Jesus enters you, the soul feeds into the spirit.
- The spirit stays in your soul; it is attached to it because they both stay in the body. Most of the activity happens in your soul—that is where your emotions and will reside.
- People are able to decide in their soul whether to believe in Jesus or not. You determine what comes into your soul.
- In every war, the battlefield does not start with guns being shot. Soldiers are nothing without communication. You win the battle in the media house first, then you win on the battlefield. The media house of a human being is the soul.
- It is you who opens gates; then demons enter and dine with you. The soul is the distribution centre—whenever it receives something, it distributes it to the body.
- When the soul brings negative information to the spirit, the spirit rebukes it. Naturally, the body wants to have fun. You decide whether to use what has come into you or not.
- Most people suffer from demonic influence and ask why. “Wiles of the devil” (Ephesians 6:10-12)—the devil does not have power; thus he uses wiles (cunning tactics). He fights you behind the curtains.
- As long as the media house is under attack, know that the enemy is attacking. The mind is divided into two: the conscious, which temporarily holds information, and the subconscious, which stores information that is continuously fed to the mind. This is why we struggle to get out of certain sins.
- Demons enter you because you are not aware that you are suffering from a problem that opened the gates for them. Things happened and entered your soul, and now you are suffering.
- Our biggest problem is lack of knowledge—not understanding what the problem is in our lives. These problems start small, then they grow inside your soul.
- You are stuck because you do not take things seriously. You feed your soul with secular music carrying a negative message, and it is stored in your soul and becomes a living pattern.
- You do not get out of these problems by praying for a short time. There are demons in every area which instil similar characteristics in people associated with that particular area.
- The reason Satan fights behind the curtains is because he was defeated on the cross (Colossians 2:14-15). Jesus was given all authority in heaven and on earth because He disarmed all principalities and powers.
- God believes that we can cast out every devil and overcome him. We must not allow the devil to steal what God has prepared for us.
- Do not worry about who is seated next to you—they do not know your destiny; only God knows. Even Jesus only took three disciples with Him when He went to pray, and when the issue became more serious, He went alone.
- When God restores what the devil stole, He brings it tenfold. You can change your destiny because God is able to change it. If God says something, it does not come automatically—it comes through intense prayer.

Topic: The Name of Jesus • Matthew 1:21-23

- Jesus was born before Mary and Joseph came together because Jesus had to be a pure seed of the Holy Spirit. Hence, Jesus is the true Son of God (John 1:1).
- Christ is a spirit and Jesus is the body which carried Christ (Matthew 2:1-2).
- When we call upon the name of Jesus, in the spiritual world they know His name and call Him the blessed one, because there is power in His name (Philippians 2:9-11).
- God highly exalted Jesus Christ who humbled Himself before God despite being His Son. Jesus Christ is the glory of the Father.
- When we call upon the name of Jesus, He delivers us and breaks all curses and covenants that were made upon our lives. The name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is above every other name (Isaiah 9:6).
- Jesus brings peace into our lives. The name of Jesus breaks every covenant, curse, and barrier.
- If we love God with all our hearts, He will never fail us. Fear not, for you have the name of Jesus, and the God in heaven will provide you with all your needs.
- When we start to believe in the name of Jesus Christ, miracles begin to happen in our lives (Acts 4:12).
- The name of Jesus Christ is a tool to cast out demons. We can only receive our salvation through the name of Jesus Christ.

- We are in an environment that is monitored by God. We must be energetic and confident, not only physically but in the Kingdom of God.
- When the Kingdom of God arrives, you do not starve for the things that you need. The Kingdom of God provides whatever you need.
- You need to exercise faith in the Kingdom of God. When you pray, you charge and declare the power of the Kingdom of God.
- The Kingdom of God is the core business of the word of God. It is above every other kingdom. When you are covered by the Kingdom of God, nothing evil will prevail.
- The Kingdom of God is right there in you. It is the rulership of God in your heart. When the Kingdom of God arrives, there is peace in you.
- Do not lose yourself and your righteousness because of a lack of things. Value your life.
- The Kingdom of God has explosive power, and Jesus Christ is the King of this power (Philippians 2:9).
- Righteousness is a great aspect of the Kingdom of God. We do not do things according to what we want; we follow what God says in His Kingdom.
- The Kingdom of God changes your life. It has a King who is vibrant and able.

- When you receive Jesus, there are things that change in your life. Even your intellectual and physical capacity is empowered.
- When you are a true believer of Jesus Christ, there is an empowerment that you receive. The things that used to be hard or difficult become easy when you receive empowerment from Jesus Christ.
- Kingdom empowerment is the granting of political, social, and economic power that enables an individual to influence the spiritual sphere. You can even influence the physical things through the spiritual.
- Even Jesus acknowledged the Kingdom empowerment by the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:4-5; Acts 10:38). The empowerment of the Holy Spirit must equip your life.
- We are overcomers through empowerment by the Holy Spirit (Judges 14:5-8). The roaring of the lion symbolises a destiny that is in danger.

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

- Beatitudes are blessings that accompany Kingdom life (Matthew 5:4-10; Luke 1:37; John 8:12).
- The Jews were under Roman oppression when Jesus told them they are the light of the world. Despite being in a dark season, they were reassured of being the light of the world.
- As Christians, we are the light of the world, and we should let the light in us shine. You must bring light to your family.
- Our lives should reflect the light that is in Jesus Christ, because the light in us reflects the light that is in Christ. You must not be a secret Christian—your light must be seen.
- A Christian should shine with the glory of God, which reveals Jesus who is the light of God. Greater is He who is in us than all the problems we face.
- When you receive the light, your life will be in order. Do not hide your faith out of discomfort—let people know and see that you are a person of faith.
- Your character and actions should make God’s truth be revealed in the world. We have the goal of God’s glory, and Jesus is giving us the identity of being the light.
- No matter how tough life gets, just remember that you are the light and you shine because you are in Christ, who is the true light of God. Light carries influence and gives direction.
- There are impure things that are attracted by the light that should die, because they come to distract us. This light gives us boldness against all odds.
- When you receive this light, it does great exploits in your life and it exposes things meant to harm you. If you love God with all your heart, He will fight your battles.
- If you graduate from this university while carrying this light, no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Topic: Water Baptism • Matthew 3:13-17
Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.

- In your journey of righteousness, you need to be baptised in water after you have received Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour.
- Water baptism is not a new thing—even Jesus was baptised.
- Baptism is different from swimming. When we get baptised, we are identifying with Christ on the cross, symbolising His death, burial, and resurrection as we bury the old man and come out of the water as a new person.
- It is not complete when you receive salvation and do not get water baptised. Water baptism is very important for you.

Topic: Break The System And Enter the Kingdom of God • Acts 3:5-6
And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

- Many people are in the church but they are not in the Kingdom of God. A Kingdom is a territory ruled by a king, and we are the Kingdom which is ruled by God who is the King.
- The power of the Kingdom overrides the systems in the church. The man at the beautiful gate was a beggar in the church. It was a strategic plan for him to get money from the people getting in and out of the church.
- The beggar looked at Peter and John and asked for money, but they told him to divert his attention from the system and focus on the Kingdom of God. You must divert your system and focus on the Kingdom of God.
- The system that causes you to continue with sin and continue in bad situations must be broken. You can break that system and come out and enter the Kingdom of God.
- The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. We are here by divine appointment—God wants to take us somewhere.
- Our studies, friends, and lifestyles have to be placed into the Kingdom of God. John 3:3 is a Kingdom reception centre—it is not about entering the Kingdom; it is about seeing the Kingdom from the reception, like window shopping.
- John 3:5 is a Kingdom entrance scripture: once you are born again of water and spirit, you enter. After baptism in the Holy Spirit, you need the word of God so that you enter into His Kingdom.
- When you are in the Kingdom of God, you do not worry; you relax because your Father knows (Matthew 6:25). The Bible does not tell us to seek money; it tells us to seek His Kingdom, and the money we want will be added (Matthew 6:33).
- All our prayers are answered, but when we give up, the response is withdrawn due to us giving up. The Kingdom of God is the world of wonders and miracles.
- Your background is of no significance when the Kingdom of God arrives. Tables turn for your good. The Kingdom of God is above the law of science and the law of economics (Genesis 23:1).
- We spend time praying for the wrong things, which come as a bonus to seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. The resurrection power is above the force of gravity (John 11:43-44). When the Kingdom of God arrives, the impossible becomes possible.
- We are heavenly diplomats—ambassadors are the senior diplomats. An ambassador is a chief diplomat of the Kingdom of God, and that is what we are (2 Corinthians 5:20).
- If you fail to represent the Kingdom of God, you are called back. That is why some deaths are sudden. When you are a Christian, your dressing should represent God (Hebrews 12:2).
- Heaven is watching us as its ambassadors. We are heavenly diplomats. We must be composed and collected. We must signify ourselves (Revelation 1:6).
- We are kings and priests unto His dominion. When Jesus came, the people who were in the shadow of death saw light. When the Kingdom arrives, miracles happen (Luke 10:9).
- It is the will of God for us to prosper, be delivered, and be healed (Matthew 6:10). In the process of extending the Kingdom of God, there are things that are expected to follow—the Kingdom of God is meant to be demonstrated in power, signs, and miracles (Matthew 4:23).

Topic: Baptism in the Holy Spirit
- The Holy Spirit is not just a force—He is a person.
- In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit was known to come down on earth and go back to heaven. In the New Testament, the Holy Spirit came down with a force and did not go back up—until now, He is everywhere.
- When we talk about the Holy Spirit, we are talking about God Himself (Acts 2:1-4; Genesis 1:26). In the Trinity, each God-head has its own function.
- We are living in the dispensation of the Holy Spirit—that is why it is important for a believer to be baptised by the Holy Spirit.

- Baptism in the Holy Spirit gives the believer power to be a witness (Acts 1:8).
- It gives the believer power to pray. The Holy Spirit intercedes for us (Romans 8:26).
- It enables the believer to understand the scriptures (1 Corinthians 2:12).
- It enables the believer to understand God’s word and to hear God’s voice.
- It enables an individual to be directed by God.
- Who is a perfect candidate to receive the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is a promise to every believer (Acts 2:38-39).
- How is it received? It is received by faith. You believe that you are going to receive and that you have received the Holy Spirit. There is an action you must take after that—you have to open your mouth and speak in the new language that you have received from the Holy Spirit.
- It is received by the sovereign act of God and by the laying on of hands. The one who baptises with the Holy Spirit is Jesus Himself (Matthew 3:11; Acts 2:4).

Topic: How to Stay Free After Deliverance • Galatians 5:1
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

- The process of deliverance does not come cheaply—Jesus had to die for our deliverance.
- Before deliverance, we carry the yoke of bondage (lust, unfaithfulness, dishonesty, drug abuse), but after deliverance we are freed from this bondage.
- We must not be moveable as we stand in the freedom we received through deliverance. Make sure your deliverance is sustained.
- Do not return to the same sinful patterns after being set free. Stand firm in the liberty with which Christ has made you free, and do not be entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
