STUDENTS MOOT DOVES PARTNERSHIP

THE Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) Student Executive Council (SEC) is courting Doves Funeral Services for a strategic partnership that will enhance students' welfare, through provision of support towards various University activities', ZEGU SEC President Clinton Nyabadza, has said.
Speaking in an interview after the meeting with Doves, Nyabadza confirmed engagement with one of the country's leading life assurance firms.
"A strategic meeting was held to explore partnership aimed at enhancing student welfare.
"During the meeting Doves reaffirmed commitment to promote student welfare.
"The ZEGU delegation sought clarification on a number of provisions contained in the draft contract," he said.
A presentation on the Doves student funeral policy was also made during the meeting.
Discussions between the two entities also sought to ensure that the proposed partnership aligns with the University's expectations and the students' interests.
