Application forms can also be downloaded here. Completed application forms, copies of academic certificates and identification documents must be submitted together with proof of payment of a non-refundable application fee of USD$10.00 for local undergraduate students, USD$15.00 for local postgraduate students and USD$50.00 for foreign students.

New Application

Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Passwords must have at least one non letter or digit character. Passwords must have at least one digit ('0'-'9'). Passwords must have at least one lowercase ('a'-'z'). Passwords must have at least one uppercase ('A'-'Z').
