ZEGU Student Wins Prestigious Award, Proving 'Cream Always Rises to the Top'
 

ZEGU students have long proven that ‘cream always rises to the top’, and the recent achievements of Lestencia Maurukira, a final year bachelor’s degree in accounting student, who was honoured for her hard work with a gold medal at the Associated Newspapers of Zimbabwe upon completion of a year-long internship is living proof of the institution’s standards.  

Lestencia was head over heels expressing her joy during an interview with the ZEGU Public Relations team saying, “…this award recognizes one for being a hard worker and team player,” she said.

The University, well known for churning out outstanding and quality leaders, flourishes through its Christian values which make it unique.
Lestencia added: “ZEGU, as a Pentecostal institution, has instilled in me a level of discipline, which I can safely say helped me to get this award.”
